Fine Fabrics' Santa Barbara fabric store is located on the Beach (South) side of the 101 Freeway in beautiful Santa Barbara. We are one block west of Milpas and have a private parking lot which one can enter from Kimball.

If traveling North on the 101 Freeway from Montecito, Carpinteria, Ojai, Ventura, Camarillo, Malibu, Los Angeles and everywhere in between and below:

Take the CaBrillo (left lane) exit off 101 and turn left toward the Pacific Ocean.

Turn right on Milpas. You are now driving away from the Pacific Ocean.

Take the 1st left (Cacique - between the 2 gas stations) after driving over the railroad tracks.

Take the 1st right (Nopalitos)

Fine Fabrics is located in the white building on the corner of Nopalitos and Kimball, with private parking lot entrance from the first driveway on your right on Kimball.

If traveling South on the 101 Freeway from Downtown Santa Barbara, Goleta, Santa Ynez, Solvang, Lompoc, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo and everywhere in between and beyond:

Take the Milpas off of Highway 101.

Turn right on Milpas. You are travelling toward the Pacific Ocean..

Take the 1st right (Cacique - between the 2 gas stations)

Take the 1st right ( Nopalitos)

Fine Fabrics is located in the white building on the corner of Nopalitos and Kimball, with private parking lot entrance from the first driveway on your right on Kimball.
